Zelensky: Russian drone repeaters in Belarus stopped; over 60,000 tons of ammunition destroyed
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that since Monday, four repeaters in Belarus that helped Russian drones attack Ukraine have ceased operation. He also confirmed the destruction of more than 60,000 tons of ammunition in a strike near St. Petersburg.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Wednesday, June 22, that since Monday, repeaters in Belarus that assisted Russian drones in attacking Ukraine have stopped functioning. The information was provided by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and intelligence agencies.
Zelensky had previously stated that four such repeaters were located in the Gomel and Brest regions of Belarus. He demanded that Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko remove them within a week, warning that Ukraine would do it otherwise. Lukashenko did not publicly comment on the allegations but insisted that his country should not be dragged into the war.
Additionally, after hearing a report from the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Oleh Ivashchenko, Zelensky announced that a Ukrainian strike destroyed more than 60,000 tons of ammunition at a Russian Baltic Fleet arsenal near St. Petersburg. Intelligence analysis confirmed that the necessary targets from the list of Russian military production facilities were hit.
Earlier, Zelensky reported a Ukrainian drone attack on ammunition warehouses and a base in Russia's Leningrad region on the night of June 6.
