Zelenskyy to attend Ramstein format meeting – Rutte
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be present at the Contact Group meeting on Ukraine's defense in Brussels.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced before the defense ministers' meeting in Brussels on June 18 that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will attend the Contact Group meeting in the Ramstein format. Rutte noted that Zelenskyy had arrived in Belgium the previous evening. "Last night I had the honor of hosting him," Rutte said.
It was recalled that at the Ramstein meeting on April 15, Rutte stated that NATO member states will provide Ukraine with $60 billion in military support during 2026, excluding the €90 billion loan from the European Union. At that time, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov noted that several countries announced new contributions to the PURL scheme, under which NATO countries and other partners purchase American weapons for Ukraine.
