Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, citing intelligence data, announced that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is planning a new mobilization this autumn. According to him, since the beginning of this year, the Russian Ministry of Defense has recruited 221,000 contract soldiers, but that is not enough. Losses in the same period have reached 225,500, including 131,000 killed. Additionally, Russia expects 30,000 soldiers from North Korea.
