Zidane's unveiling comes amid a deepening crisis in Italian football, rumors of Vinicius Jr possibly leaving Real Madrid, and several French players making significant jumps in the ATP tennis rankings. Additionally, Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs have resumed training.
Zidane, one of the greatest footballers in history, has previously coached Real Madrid, winning multiple titles. He now takes on the responsibility of leading the French national side.
