New owners found for horses seized in animal sexual abuse case
Of the 11 horses confiscated in a criminal case involving suspected sexual abuse of animals, ten have been sold at auction, while one was purchased by the caretakers.

Ten of the eleven horses that were seized as part of a criminal investigation into alleged sexual abuse of animals and the filming of such acts have been sold at auction. The animals were taken to a safe location near Liepāja after their confiscation, where they were cared for until the sale. The woman who had been looking after them reported that the horses are in good health and doing well. One of the ponies was bought by the caretakers themselves.
