Magazine "Pastaiga" names Businesswoman of the Year 2026
Latvian magazine "Pastaiga" has released its annual women's achievement ranking, highlighting business leaders, financiers and entrepreneurs named by experts as top figures in Latvian business for 2026. This year's overall list includes 161 women.

For the ninth consecutive year, Latvian magazine "Pastaiga" has compiled its ranking celebrating women's achievements across various fields, from culture to medicine. In the "Businesswoman of the Year 2026" category, 18 experts from different sectors named their favorites among company leaders, founders, investors and entrepreneurs.
Among those recognized is Ieva Treija of "Gemoss", praised by an expert for opening a new logistics center this year while continuing to digitalize the company. Several figures from the financial sector also received recognition, including Irīna Pīgozne, deputy chair of the supervisory board at Signet Bank, Jeļena Buraja, chairwoman of the board at Rietumu Banka, and Ineta Done, a board member at Signet Bank.
The list also includes Zane Čulkstēna, founder of strategic consulting firm "ERDA", whose name was mentioned in both the business and the culture and art categories, as well as Lotte Tisenkopfa-Iltnere, co-owner of "Madara Cosmetics", whose cosmetics brand has achieved international recognition. Other entrepreneurs named include Zane Rēvalde, head of the "Anti-Aging Institute"; entrepreneur and investor Līva Pērkone; Olga Kazaka, partner at communications agency "Olsen+Partners"; TV producer Marta Selecka; Anete Vabule, co-owner of Selfnamed.com; Ieva Jansone-Buka, partner at "IJ birojs"; and Inga Muižniece, founder of social enterprise "Sonido".
In total, this year's overall ranking includes 161 women across various fields, with the full list published in the September issue of "Pastaiga" magazine.
