The Union of Greens and Farmers (ZZS) in Latvia wants to discuss with Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs (AS) before any decision is made regarding the state's involvement in financing the national airline airBaltic.
Harijs Rokpelnis, head of the ZZS Saeima faction, said that a meeting with the prime minister and access to the relevant documents are needed before a decision can be taken.
The issue concerns possible state participation in attracting additional funding for the airline. ZZS considers it important to carefully assess all aspects before committing to a position. The party has stressed the need for a dialogue with the prime minister and the opportunity to study the materials related to the matter.
