Amid the devastation caused by two powerful earthquakes in Venezuela, rescuers have managed to pull a 12-year-old girl named Fabiana from the rubble. She was trapped for more than 30 hours in La Guaira, a city in northern Venezuela, before being rescued on Friday.
Fabiana suffered a fracture in her left foot, along with scrapes and bruises, but no life-threatening injuries. The rescue operation was carried out under difficult conditions, as many buildings had completely collapsed.
As of Sunday, the confirmed death toll stands at 3,342, with tens of thousands still reported missing. Rescue efforts continue, with hopes of finding more survivors.
