On the night of July 4, Ukrainian forces again attacked St. Petersburg with drones. According to the Ukrainian outlet Unian, the main target was one of Russia's largest oil product marine terminals on the Baltic Sea. Photos and videos on social media show a fire at the terminal.
In the Kherson region, Russian forces launched guided aerial bombs at a Ukrainian poultry farm, one of the largest in Europe, located in Chornobaivka. The Ukrainian portal tsn.ua reports that the attack caused a large fire and significant damage to the production complex.
Russia's Defense Ministry said that from 8:00 p.m. on July 3 to 7:00 a.m. on July 4, air defense systems shot down 389 Ukrainian drones. According to the BBC citing the ministry, drones were downed in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Leningrad, Novgorod, Oryol, Pskov, Rostov, Ryazan, Saratov, Smolensk, Tver, and Tula regions, as well as over Krasnodar Krai, the Moscow region, Crimea, the Sea of Azov, and the Black Sea.
