Alfa Romeo Unveils Cuorerosso Concept at Paris Motor Show With V6 Engine and Physical Controls
Italian carmaker Alfa Romeo presented the Cuorerosso, a 2+2 coupe concept with a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6, at the Paris motor show. The model signals a design direction the brand plans to roll out across future cars, starting with a compact SUV in 2027.

Italian carmaker Alfa Romeo showed the Cuorerosso concept car at the Paris motor show: a 2+2 coupe with a six-cylinder engine and sporty styling. With the model, the company wants to signal that the future of cars is not only electric crossovers and large touchscreens.
Size and design
The car was created under designer Alejandro Mesonero. It is a four-door model measuring 4.70 metres in length, 1.95 metres in width and just 1.30 metres in height. Its body is marked by flowing lines.
Engine and drivetrain
Under the bonnet sits a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6, known from the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio versions. The concept is designed with an electrified drivetrain, although the manufacturer allows for different solutions, including hybrid and fully electric versions.
Interior
The cabin is entered through a wide opening revealed by doors that open in opposite directions. The interior also keeps a traditional approach: instead of large screens, it uses physical controls and an originally integrated digital system, so the driver can concentrate more on driving.
What comes next
The Cuorerosso is for now only a concept. However, some of its design and technical solutions have already been patented and could appear in future production models. The manufacturer intends to introduce this design direction gradually in other vehicles, starting with a compact SUV planned for 2027.
