The England men's hockey team recorded two wins in the FIH Pro League at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre in London. On Saturday, they dominated Argentina with a 5-0 victory, thanks to a double from Henry Croft and goals from Sam Ward, Nick Bandurak, and Tom Sorsby. On Sunday, they came from behind to beat Australia 4-3. Despite going down to an early goal from Nathan Ephraums, England responded with scores from Will Calnan, David Goodfield, Tom Sorsby, and Samuel Hooper to lead 4-1. Australia fought back with two more goals, but England held on for the win. These results place England third on 21 points with six matches remaining. Australia are level on points but have a game in hand. Meanwhile, the England women's team lost twice to Germany, 2-1 and 3-0, leaving them seventh on seven points with six games left. Both teams will play their remaining Pro League games at Lee Valley, with their next matches scheduled for Saturday, 20 June, when the men face Argentina and the women play Australia.
