Technology news outlet TechCrunch will hold its Founder Summit in Boston, United States, tomorrow, November 4. The event, presented by Fidelity Private Shares, brings startup founders and investors together at the SoWa Power Station for a full day devoted to company growth. Doors open at 9 a.m. Eastern Time, and tickets remain cheaper until then.
Ticket discounts
Organizers are offering several deals. Individual attendees can save up to $100 on a ticket. Those bringing a partner or co-founder can buy one ticket and get a second pass free. Groups of 4 to 12 receive 15% off, and groups of 13 or more get 30% off.
Program
The day centers on questions founders face throughout the year: how to tell whether a product has real product-market fit, when it is time to scale, what an investor needs to hear before agreeing to another meeting, how to build a team that can keep pace, how to win enterprise customers at an early stage, and whether a category-defining company can be built outside Silicon Valley.
Attendees will have several ways to engage with the content:
- Build Stage: tactical lessons on fundraising, distribution, teams and pitching;
- Impact Stage: sessions on product-market fit, scale, enterprise relationships and long-term growth;
- smaller roundtable discussions;
- a live pitch competition where founders put their stories to the test;
- the Braindate networking app, which connects people one-on-one or in small groups.
The day ends with a closing reception where conversations can continue. Organizers stress that the value of attending in person is the chance to ask questions directly and hear answers firsthand.
