Warning about children overheating risks in hot weather
Medical experts advise not to cover stroller canopies, leave children in cars, or expose them to direct sunlight to prevent overheating.

During hot summer days, special attention must be paid to the risk of overheating in children, as it is significantly higher than in adults. To protect infants, medics provide several recommendations.
One common mistake is covering the canopies of baby strollers. Although it may seem like protection from the sun, the temperature under the canopy actually rises further, making it inadvisable.
Additionally, it is strictly forbidden to leave babies in cars, even for a short time – a car heats up quickly in the sun, creating life-threatening conditions. Children should also avoid direct sunlight, and sunscreen must always be used.
By following these simple rules, the risk of overheating can be significantly reduced, ensuring children's safety in hot weather.
