A culinary feature brings together four recipes for different tastes, ranging from filling main dishes to lighter salads and a dessert.

Zucchini pancakes with a meat filling

The first recipe involves making pancakes from grated zucchini mixed with egg, sour cream, kefir and flour. The batter is fried in a pan, and once the pancakes are cooked, they are filled with a mixture of fried minced poultry, onions and seasonings. The filled pancakes are then further cooked covered, with grated cheese optionally added on top.

Lavash "envelopes" with cottage cheese

The second recipe uses sheets of lavash bread cut into rectangles and filled with a mixture of cottage cheese, egg, grated cheese, chopped green onions and herbs. The lavash pieces are folded into envelope shapes and fried on both sides in a pan until done, making them suitable for breakfast, dinner, or taking on the go.

Chicken, grape and celery stalk salad

The third recipe uses smoked chicken cut into cubes, combined with grapes halved and celery stalks sliced into half-rings. The salad is dressed with a sauce made from Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, then topped with chopped walnuts. It can be served immediately or chilled beforehand.

Apple and peach pastille

The fourth recipe is a sweet treat made from apples and peaches heated with water and sugar, then blended into a smooth mixture. Gelatin is added to the hot mixture, which is then whipped with a mixer until airy, poured into molds, and left in the fridge overnight to set. The next day, the pastille is cut into pieces with a wavy knife.
