Thursday, 29 October
Moderate rain is expected in the south and in most central and northern regions. In the south, heavy rain will fall in places overnight. The rest of the country will see no significant precipitation.
In western regions, including Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia, there will be fog overnight and in the morning. Winds will blow from the east and northeast at 7–12 m/s, with gusts of up to 15–20 m/s in places in the east and southeast.
Night temperatures will be 2–8°C above zero, reaching up to 13°C in the south. During the day the air will warm to 7–12°C, and to 12–17°C in Zakarpattia, the south and the east.
Rain is forecast in Kyiv. Night temperatures will be 5–7°C above zero and daytime temperatures around 10°C. The wind will be northeasterly at 7–12 m/s.
Friday, 30 October
On Friday there will mostly be no significant precipitation across Ukraine, with only light rain possible in the south overnight. Night temperatures will be 2–8°C above zero, and 10–13°C on the sea coast. Daytime highs will be 7–12°C, and up to 15°C in Zakarpattia, the south and the east.
Winds will be northeasterly, and northwesterly in western regions, at 7–12 m/s. Gusts of 15–20 m/s are possible in places in the southeast.
No significant precipitation is expected in the capital, Kyiv, on Friday. Night temperatures will be 5–7°C above zero and daytime temperatures around 10°C, with northeasterly winds of 7–12 m/s.
