Estonian public broadcaster's Russian-language channel ETV+ will air a new episode of Gorizont on Friday, 30 October. It will feature new life-saving technologies, a Halloween parade of corgis in Tallinn and a talk about the magic of Halloween.

A new episode of the programme Gorizont will air on Friday, 30 October, on ETV+, the Russian-language channel of Estonia's public broadcaster. The show covers events in Estonia and around the world through the stories of people, mixing lighter and more difficult subjects.
What is on the programme
The first item focuses on volunteer rescuers from the Baltic states who attended an international conference in Iceland. Volunteers from the organisation Iga Elu will explain new technologies for saving people.
The second topic is tied to the weekend. Fifty corgis, a breed of Welsh herding dog, dressed in Halloween costumes will march through the streets of Tallinn. A dog named Marzipan, who will take part in the parade, will appear in the studio together with his owner.
The third item is about Halloween itself. The holiday has recently been promoted as a fun children's event, but in reality it is a special, magical time, according to the programme. Tarot reader Vitseri Smin will talk about it.
When to watch
Gorizont is broadcast on weekdays at 19:20 on ETV+.
