Head coach Raimonds Feldmanis believes that the team's ability to adhere to a pre-developed game plan was the key to success. He points out that it is the coach's responsibility to ensure the team plays according to the plan, and if they do not, it is the coach's fault. According to Feldmanis, this philosophy was crucial in securing the title.
