France to Acquire Latvian Origin Robotics' Anti-Drone System Blaze

The French defense procurement agency has signed an agreement with Origin Robotics, a Latvian developer of autonomous weapon systems, to acquire the Blaze anti-drone system for the French armed forces. The deal includes not only the delivery of the systems but also the establishment of local assembly and production capabilities in France, in close cooperation with Origin Robotics. This collaboration aims to ensure long-term anti-drone defense capabilities for France while facilitating technology transfer and local manufacturing. The Blaze system is an autonomous anti-drone solution capable of detecting and neutralizing unmanned aerial vehicles.
