Ukraine's General Staff: 207 combat clashes recorded at the front on September 17
Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff reported 207 clashes along the front line by 22:00 on September 17, alongside a massive Russian drone and air bomb campaign.

According to the evening report from Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff, 207 combat clashes between Ukrainian and Russian forces were recorded along the entire front line as of 22:00 on September 17.
The General Staff stated that Russian forces carried out one missile strike and 68 air strikes using 201 guided aerial bombs during the day. Russia also deployed 5,927 kamikaze drones in its attacks, while Ukrainian troop positions and populated areas came under 2,113 instances of shelling.
Breakdown by direction
The report listed one assault action in the Northern Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, 12 in the Southern Slobozhansk direction, three in the Kupiansk direction, 10 in the Lyman direction, four in the Sloviansk direction, two in the Kramatorsk direction, 15 in the Kostiantynivka direction, 21 in the Pokrovsk direction, one in the Oleksandrivka direction, five in the Huliaipole direction, and three in the Orikhiv direction.
The Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions saw the highest number of clashes, underscoring that these sectors remain among the most intense on the front. The General Staff continues to issue regular updates on the situation along the front line.
