Family in Nereta Creates Impressive Hydrangea Garden
The Budris family in Nereta has created a vast hydrangea garden with 2,634 plants, originally just an idea to decorate the area near a sauna.
A garden of striking scale has appeared in the town of Nereta – it contains 2,634 hydrangeas. The garden, named "Juris's Dream Garden", draws attention with its size and beauty.
The story began with Juris Budris's wish to landscape the area next to the bathhouse. What started as a modest plan gradually grew into a large-scale project. Today, the entire family works in the garden every day, tending to the plants and maintaining the grounds.
The creation of the garden was featured in a report by Latvian Television. This garden is not only a source of family pride but also a notable landmark in the local area, demonstrating the residents' passion and dedication.
