Rockstar's long-awaited Grand Theft Auto VI is set to release on November 19th, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X consoles. The game will be available digitally at launch, with physical cases containing codes rather than discs, making preordering straightforward. Preloading begins on November 12th, giving players ample time to install the game.
Two versions are available: the Standard edition at $79.99 and the Ultimate edition at $99.99. Both share the same preorder perks. Buyers receive the Vintage Vice City Pack at launch, which includes vehicles, weapon patterns, and hairstyles inspired by Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Additionally, preordering grants a free month of GTA Plus, an $7.99 per month subscription for Grand Theft Auto V's online mode, offering in-game benefits and access to a rotating selection of classic Rockstar games. The GTA Plus month can be redeemed immediately upon digital preorder.
The Standard edition can be preordered digitally from PlayStation and Xbox, or as a boxed code from Rockstar and major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy.
The $99.99 Ultimate edition includes a substantial amount of exclusive content not found in the Standard version. This includes cars and other vehicles, special weapon variants, outfits, extra customization options, shops, and cosmetic services. It is only available digitally from PlayStation or Xbox.
