Harvard Graduate Arkādijs Zvaigzne: From Riga Stradins University to a PhD in the US
Arkādijs Zvaigzne earned his PhD in education economics from Harvard University this summer, having previously studied at Latvian universities and worked at the Ministry of Education and Science.

This summer, Arkādijs Zvaigzne earned his PhD in education economics from Harvard University. His educational journey began at Riga Stradins University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in European economics and business. He continued with master's studies at Riga Technical University, followed by studies in the United States. Zvaigzne was active in student governance, representing student interests on the Higher Education Council. He also worked at the Ministry of Education and Science, analyzing data and contributing to the development of a new university funding model.
