A horoscope published by the Latvian news site Apollo.lv for Friday, 23 October, describes the mood of the day as hypnotic. This is an astrologer's forecast, not a scientifically proven fact. According to the forecast, words are of secondary importance on this day, because the main conversations take place at the level of intuition.
Planetary alignment
The author says the Sun has now moved into the sign of Scorpio. Venus and Mercury are already there, and both planets are in retrograde motion. In astrology, this term refers to a period when a planet appears to move backwards from the viewpoint of Earth.
What it means
The horoscope states that stationary Mercury, which has briefly appeared to halt in its motion, works like a magnifying glass for our thoughts. It makes people notice the smallest details, unspoken subtexts and echoes of the past.
From this the author concludes that the day is not suited to hasty decisions, especially new ones. The advice is to let information come to a person on its own rather than seeking it at all costs.
