Ināra Lisecka, who worked in marketing for 20 years, often fell ill after major projects—she noticed that stress and burnout led to back pain, disc protrusions, and growths requiring surgery. After two surgeries, the growths returned, and when a third was recommended, she said “stop” and sought alternative methods. Visiting a healer and trying leech therapy, she realized she might have avoided the first surgeries altogether.

She began practicing yoga, became an instructor, and explored holistic health. Soon she discovered energy medicine, energy kinesiology, and emotional freedom techniques. She believes physical pain indicates energy blockages and uses muscle testing to see how thoughts or diet affect energy flow. Ināra states that stress comes from beliefs and that criticizing or lying weakens energy.

Based on her experience, moderate eating is key—avoiding gluten, sugar, and dairy, which create mucus. She recommends fresh, “live” foods over processed products and advises limiting coffee, which dehydrates and creates acidity. Ināra notes that the body remembers traumatic experiences, and energy blocks can be released by tapping meridian points or shifting perspective. She urges listening to pain as a signal rather than silencing it with medication.

Today, Ināra Lisecka is Latvia's only certified energy medicine yoga instructor and counsels clients using various holistic methods. She emphasizes that the body is never against us and that health begins with inner harmony.
