Iran sets three conditions for US via Qatar to resume talks

Iran has passed three conditions to the United States through Qatari mediation as a basis for resuming negotiations aimed at ending the war, according to Mohsen Rezaee, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, in an interview with Al Jazeera.
