The play "Order No.2," created by playwright Matīss Gricmanis and director Valters Sīlis, tells the story of 2011, when then-President Valdis Zatlers issued an order to dissolve the Saeima. The premiere audience included people whose names were frequently in the news 15 years ago. Although many are no longer active in politics, they have left their mark on Latvian history.

After the performance, Zatlers noted that everyone sees events differently and opinions may vary. He mentioned that some things depicted in the play might not have been true in journalistic or intellectual circles, but people often fantasize. Former Saeima Speaker Solvita Āboltiņa acknowledged that it was a very active time in politics and that "Decision No.2" was a drama.

Former Zatlers advisor Sandra Aleksandra Sondore stressed that it is difficult to view oneself objectively with time distance, but she believes the play was quite accurate and she recognized herself as she was 15 years ago. MP Ilze Viņķele emotionally said that seeing two deceased close friends in the play created different feelings than watching a video.

Aivars Lembergs, head of the party "For Latvia and Ventspils," expressed joy about the play, saying it means he is not dead and that many fear him as a politician, making him happy. He also emphasized that very few people know the true course of events.
