Jonas Takes Tenth in MXGP Qualifying in Italy
Latvian rider Pauls Jonass placed tenth in the MXGP qualifying race in Italy, while in MX2 class Janis Rešulis finished sixth and Karlis Rešulis eighth. Sunday race times have been announced.

In the MXGP qualifying round held in Italy on Saturday, Latvian rider Pauls Jonass secured the tenth position, trailing winner Tim Gajser of Slovenia by 23.083 seconds.
Gajser dominated the session, finishing 4.855 seconds ahead of fellow Slovenian Jan Pancar and 7.065 seconds ahead of Italian Andrea Adamo.
In the MX2 class, French rider Mathis Valin posted the fastest time, 2.887 seconds faster than Spain's Guillem Farres and 4.002 seconds ahead of South African Camden McLellan.
Among the Latvians in MX2, Janis Rešulis finished sixth, 21.235 seconds behind the leader, while Karlis Rešulis took eighth, 30.071 seconds off the pace.
Sunday's race schedule (Latvian time): MX2 class at 14:15 and 17:10, MXGP class at 15:15 and 18:10.
