Russian drone hits house in Kyiv as large warehouse fire breaks out in Obolonskyi district
A Russian drone struck a house in Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district on Saturday, while a large fire broke out at warehouses in the Obolonskyi district. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported both incidents.

A Russian unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) hit a house in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, Ukraine's capital, on Saturday, 7 November, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Russia continues its full-scale war against Ukraine, and the capital is regularly targeted.
Fire in the house and damaged neighbouring buildings
Klitschko later confirmed that a fire had started in the house in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Two adjacent houses were also damaged. The mayor's reports did not mention any casualties.
Warehouse fire in Obolonskyi district
The mayor subsequently reported a large-scale fire at warehouse facilities in the Obolonskyi district. Firefighters are working at the scene. His message did not state what caused the fire at the warehouses or whether it was linked to an attack.
Earlier strike in the morning
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine published a photo showing the aftermath of a strike on another building on the morning of 7 November. No further details about that incident were provided.
The situation in Kyiv is still being clarified, and full information on the damage and possible victims has not yet been made public.
