Kobo Libra Colour Returns to Its Original Price in a Great Sale Deal
The Kobo Libra Colour e-reader, which recently saw a price hike, is now back to $229.99 – the same as before the increase.

Kobo recently raised the price of its Libra Colour e-reader to $259.99, but current sales have brought it back down to its previous $229.99 price point. The company, along with Best Buy and Target, is offering the device at this discount, making it an ideal time to purchase this alternative to Amazon's Kindle.
The Libra Colour features a sharp seven-inch color display that makes book covers, comics, and highlights pop with only slightly less vibrancy than the Kindle Colorsoft. It is also waterproof and has adjustable warm lighting for comfortable nighttime reading.
Compared to Amazon's rival, the Kobo offers several advantages. It supports EPUB and a wider range of file formats, making it easier to read books from various sources. The device also has double the storage at 32GB, and includes physical page-turning buttons for a more intuitive experience. Additionally, the Libra Colour is compatible with Kobo's optional Stylus 2, allowing users to annotate ebooks, take handwritten notes, use built-in notebook templates, and convert handwriting to typed text. While not as large as the Kobo Elipsa 2E or Kindle Scribe, it is far more practical for quick notes than a smartphone. It also works with Instapaper for saving web articles for offline reading.
