Space exploration game No Man's Sky is coming to iPhone and iPad
Developer Hello Games and Apple announced that the space exploration and survival game No Man's Sky is heading to iPhone and iPad. The mobile version includes all updates released so far, though some features are limited.

Hello Games, the studio behind the space exploration and survival crafting game No Man's Sky, announced together with technology company Apple that the title is coming to iPhone and iPad. The announcement arrives just over ten years after the game's original release.
Device requirements
The game will run on devices as old as the iPhone 11 and the third-generation iPad Air.
Content and limitations
The mobile version contains all the content and system updates added over the years. These expansions helped the game recover from a difficult launch reception and become widely loved.
There are some compromises, similar to those on the Nintendo Switch version. Building and exploring player-made planetary settlements is limited to the iPhone 15 Pro and later models. Multiplayer is not supported on any iOS device.
Future support
The company says it is excited to see player feedback on iOS and will support the platform depending on how many people are playing. That suggests future content updates may not all reach the mobile version if the player base is small.
A distinctive feature of the game is that vast galaxies are generated on the device itself, identically for every player, from a single seed. Ars Technica notes this is remarkable for a phone, given the era when mobile devices lagged far behind consoles and desktop PCs. The graphics are not the most cutting-edge, but they have improved considerably through updates since launch.
