Warning issued before the attack
At 1:58 a.m., Ukraine's Air Force had warned of a threat of ballistic weapons use from the direction of Russia's Voronezh region. Shortly afterward, the military detected fast-moving targets heading toward the Dnipropetrovsk region.
A large fire was reported in Dnipro following the strike, as shown in photos circulating on social media.
