Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Russia has launched nearly 2,000 attack drones against Ukraine over the past seven days. In addition, the enemy fired 1,790 guided aerial bombs and 17 missiles.
Zelensky stressed that the response to these strikes must be stronger. He stated that Ukraine is preparing for meetings with international partners to strengthen its defenses against Russian terror. Upcoming high-level meetings include the G7, EU, and NATO summits, and it is crucial that these talks result in concrete solutions.
The president emphasized the need for support in air defense and long-range defense capabilities.
On the night leading into Sunday, Russia attacked Ukraine with 98 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types.
