Russia Shuts All Moscow Airports Amid Drone Attack
On the evening and night of 30 October, Russia's aviation authority imposed restrictions at all Moscow airports amid reports of a drone attack. The airport in Yaroslavl was also closed.

All Moscow airports temporarily halted operations in Russia on the evening and night of 30 October because of a drone attack on the Russian capital and its surroundings. The report comes from the Ukrainian outlet Ukrainska Pravda, citing Rosaviatsia, Russia's federal air transport agency, and the Telegram channel Astra.
Restrictions at airports
Rosaviatsia said temporary limits on accepting and releasing aircraft were introduced at Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Zhukovsky and Sheremetyevo airports. The airport in Yaroslavl was closed as well.
Astra noted that, according to Flightradar24, a real-time flight tracking service, no aircraft were visible over Moscow. The only one shown was RA-73025, a VIP plane of the "Rossiya" special flight detachment, which is based at Vnukovo and used to carry senior officials. Some flights were redirected to other airports.
