Russia Is Hiding More Starlink Jammers, Ukrainian Defense Adviser Says
Ukrainian defense adviser Serhii Beskrestnov says Russia is building more jammers to disrupt Ukraine's Starlink connection and is concealing them. He suggests each covers about 25 square kilometers.

Russia is increasing the number of devices used to jam Starlink, the satellite internet system Ukraine relies on, and is trying to hide them, according to Ukrainian defense adviser Serhii Beskrestnov, as reported by Euromaidan Press. Starlink is one of the communication channels available to Ukrainian forces in the war, so jamming it affects work at the front.
Beskrestnov says the days are long gone when an electronic warfare (EW) complex looked like six trailers standing side by side. In other words, Russian jamming equipment is no longer as easy to spot.
He suggests that each such jammer covers about 25 square kilometers. He also tells drone crews where they should look to find the equipment. The source text available contains only this summary, so further details on the types, locations or numbers of the devices are not included here.
