Fedorov stated that the strikes caused a fire in a residential building and a shopping center. Windows were blown out at the university building. Initially, four wounded were reported, but by 00:30 the number of injured had risen to seven.
Authorities said rescue operations are ongoing and detailed damage assessments are being conducted.
