Russian drone strike destroys two townhouses in Vyshneve near Kyiv

A Russian attack drone struck the town of Vyshneve in Kyiv region, destroying and setting fire to two townhouses. No fatalities have been reported so far.

Russian forces destroyed the structures of two townhouses and caused a fire in the town of Vyshneve, Bucha district, Kyiv region, following a strike by an attack drone, Ukraine's State Emergency Service (DSNS) reported.

Rescuers arrived at the scene promptly, conducted reconnaissance and organized firefighting efforts. The fire has since been extinguished, but rescue crews remain on site, clearing debris and inspecting the damaged structures.

According to the emergency service, no deaths have been identified so far, while information about any injured people is still being clarified.

Sixth consecutive day of attacks

Kyiv region has now been under attack from Russian jet-powered drones for six consecutive days. Earlier reports mentioned hits that left a woman injured.

Oleksandr Medvid, acting head of Borshchahivka village in Bucha district, said that during the same Russian attack, a hit was also recorded in the village of Chaiky, located in the same district.
