Ukrainian police have released video footage showing a Russian FPV drone chasing a civilian through a marketplace in the southern city of Kherson. The footage shows a man in dark clothing running around a parked vehicle as the remotely piloted drone follows him before detonating its explosive charge. According to Ukrainian police, the 52-year-old man survived the attack but suffered injuries and a concussion.

Ukrainian authorities say FPV drones are increasingly being used to target civilians in areas close to the front line. The video, made public by the police, shows how the man attempts to hide behind a vehicle while the drone tracks him. The explosion takes place after the drone has followed the man through the market area. The incident occurred in a public market in a city located near the frontline, according to officials.

The police released the footage as part of the documentation of the attack. In the recording, the man is seen running around the car to avoid the drone before it explodes. The man survived but was wounded. Ukrainian authorities have said that such drone attacks are becoming more common against civilians in frontline areas.
