Russian drone strikes car in Kharkiv region, killing driver

A Russian FPV drone hit a civilian car in Kharkiv region's Chuhuiv district, killing the male driver, while his wife suffered an acute stress reaction.

Russian forces struck a civilian vehicle with an FPV drone in Ukraine's Kharkiv region, the regional prosecutor's office reported.

The attack occurred during the daytime on September 27 in the village of Shestakove in Chuhuiv district. The drone hit a VAZ 2106 car carrying a married couple.

The 67-year-old driver was killed at the scene. His 65-year-old wife suffered an acute stress reaction as a result of the attack.

The prosecutor's office released a photograph of the damaged vehicle documenting the aftermath of the strike.
