Russian strike on Kharkiv apartment building injures 25, including nine children

Russian forces struck an apartment building in Kharkiv's Saltivskyi district overnight on September 28, destroying part of the structure. Kharkiv Governor Oleh Syniehubov said 25 people, including nine children, were injured in the attack.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported that the strike destroyed apartments on the lower floors of the nine-story building.
Kyiv and Odesa also targeted
The same night, Russian forces also struck Kyiv and Odesa. Four people were injured in Kyiv. Preliminary figures from Ukraine's State Emergency Service indicated two people were injured in Odesa.
No further details on casualties in these additional strikes have been released so far.
