Two injured, businesses damaged in Russian attack on Dnipro
Russian forces attacked the Ukrainian city of Dnipro late on September 17, injuring two people and damaging several businesses, with strikes also hitting other districts in the region.
Late in the evening of September 17, Russian forces struck the city of Dnipro, damaging several businesses and injuring two people, according to Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the regional military administration, who reported the attack on Telegram.
According to Ganzha, one of the injured is a 40-year-old man who sustained moderate injuries and was hospitalized. The other victim, a 39-year-old man, is being treated at home.
Damage across several districts
Ganzha said that from the evening onward, three districts of the region came under attack from Russian drones and artillery. In the Nikopol district, apartment buildings, an administrative building and a kiosk were damaged. In the Synelnykove district, a private residence was destroyed.
No fatalities from the strikes were reported.
