Russian attack damages apartment building in Odesa

Overnight into September 17, Russian armed forces carried out an attack on the Ukrainian port city of Odesa, damaging a multi-storey apartment building.

The head of the city's military administration, Serhii Lysak, reported the strike on social media, stating that Odesa was under enemy attack and that a residential high-rise had been damaged.
