Prior to the attack, warnings were issued about the threat of guided aerial bombs and ballistic missiles. After explosions, smoke rose over the city and a fire broke out. The air raid alert remains active in the region.
Initially, Fedorov reported one casualty, but later the number of wounded increased to six. He stated: "The number of wounded has risen to six. Medical workers are providing assistance."
