Winds will be light to moderate from the southwest and west. Daytime highs will reach +19…+23°C, though some areas in Vidzeme will be a few degrees cooler. Around midday, when the sun emerges, ultraviolet radiation will reach moderately high to high levels.

In Riga, Midsummer Day will start cloudy with a chance of brief rain, but clouds will dissipate later and the sun will come out. The temperature in the capital will climb to +22…+24°C.
