Lando Norris's "LN4 Fusion" team secures place in Formula 2
"LN4 Fusion", the team founded by F1 champion Lando Norris, has been accepted into the Formula 2 series. It had earlier announced entries in Formula 3 and Formula 4.

Motorsport team "LN4 Fusion", linked to Formula 1 champion Lando Norris, has successfully completed the application process and will join the Formula 2 championship. F2 is a single-seater series that serves as one of the final steps for young drivers on the road to Formula 1. The move expands the team's programme: in September it was announced that the outfit had been created and would compete in Formula 3 and Formula 4.
Strong interest from teams worldwide
F2 chief executive Bruno Michel said the series received huge interest from teams around the world for its new three-year cycle, which he said highlights the strength and appeal of the championship. Ten of the current teams have been retained. Michel said these have consistently shown commitment to providing the best possible environment for young drivers preparing for Formula 1. He welcomed "LN4 Fusion" to the grid, saying the team brings considerable experience and that he is confident it will make a valuable contribution.
Team leadership
The team's European operations will be led by former senior staff of Prema Racing. René Rosin will act as consultant and team principal, while Guillaume Capietto will serve as racing director. The chief executive of "LN4 Fusion" is Dan Richards.
Drivers not yet named
In the F3 championship the team has already confirmed James Egoz, Gabriel Gomez and Dion Gowda. The F2 outfit holds an Italian licence, but its core drivers have not yet been announced.
