Latvia, Belgium, Netherlands Co-Produce Film ‘Thin Strings of Madness’
A new art film explores the emotional world of a young musician and his gradual loss of reality.

A feature film titled “Thin Strings of Madness” (in Russian “Тонкие струны безумия”, in Latvian “Smalkās neprāta stīgas”) is currently being shot in Latvia as a co-production between Latvia, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The project tells the story of a young musician’s emotional journey and his slowly fading connection to reality.
The film is part of an international cultural collaboration among the three countries. Further details about the cast, director, and release date have not yet been disclosed.
