Macron confirms France will step up Ukraine support
French President Emmanuel Macron has confirmed readiness to provide licenses for missile production in Ukraine, ahead of a Coalition of the Willing meeting in Kyiv on Monday.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has thanked French President Emmanuel Macron for confirming France's readiness to provide licenses for missile production in Ukraine. According to Zelenskyy, the two leaders also discussed the state of diplomatic engagement with partners, including communication with the team of the U.S. president, and agreed on steps that could open additional diplomatic opportunities.
Coalition of the Willing to meet in Kyiv
On Monday, Macron is expected to co-host a Coalition of the Willing meeting alongside his German and British counterparts to discuss continued support for Ukraine amid Russia's ongoing aggression. The meeting will take place in Kyiv, though some leaders, including Macron, will participate remotely.
According to Le Monde, around ten heads of state and government are expected to attend in person, including European Council President António Costa.
