Martins Dukurs Stays with Great Britain Skeleton, Fogelis Re-elected as FIL President

Martins Dukurs, a multiple world and European skeleton champion and Olympic medalist, will remain as head coach of the Great Britain skeleton team for another Olympic cycle – the next four years. The British Bobsleigh and Skeleton Association announced the contract extension with the Latvian specialist.

Meanwhile, Einars Fogelis has been re-elected as president of the International Luge Federation (FIL). These decisions strengthen Latvia's presence in the international winter sports arena.
