No drone entered Latvian territory on Sunday, according to Roberts Skrauc, adviser to the commander of Latvia's National Armed Forces (NBS) on military public affairs.
He said the unmanned aircraft may have detonated on the territory of neighbouring Lithuania, in the Asvale district. The source does not say who the drone belonged to, where it came from or under what circumstances it detonated.
Skrauc made the statement when addressing whether the drone had entered Latvian airspace on Sunday. His answer was that it had not entered Latvian territory.
