In the capital Riga, conditions will be similar: cloudy, occasional rain, and possible thunderstorms. The mercury will rise to only +15 to +16 degrees. Wind will be light throughout the day. These conditions will persist into the evening, with no significant improvement expected until Monday.
Residents are advised to plan outdoor activities accordingly, taking rain gear and perhaps dressing warmer than usual, as temperatures are below the seasonal norm.
