Red-Light Therapy Device Deals at Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale
Nordstrom's annual Anniversary Sale, running through August 9, includes discounts on several red-light therapy devices that WIRED reviewers have tested and recommend.

Red-light therapy devices, such as face masks and hats, are gaining popularity. While scientific evidence supports their effectiveness, WIRED's Reviews team spent the past year and a half testing various models to see which ones deliver results. Some of their favorites are now on rare discount during Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale, which runs through August 9.
One standout deal is the Dr. Dennis Gross Spectralite FaceWare Pro in red for $340 ($115 off). This mask requires only a three-minute treatment per day, compared to the 10-minute sessions needed by many other masks. Since the face must be completely clean before use, the shorter time is a significant advantage.
WIRED reviewer Nena Farrell saw significant new hair growth after using the HigherDose Red Light Hat, which looks and wears like a regular baseball cap. It costs $359 ($90 off). However, these devices are designed to stimulate dormant or weakened hair follicles, not revive dead ones caused by aging, alopecia, or other conditions.
The TheraFace Mask Glo, a hard-shell mask with a massage feature, is available for $300 ($80 off). While a tester preferred the original TheraFace mask, this updated model moves the vibration function to the straps rather than the mask itself.
The Omnilux Contour LED Face Mask does not have a price discount but includes a free gift of three hyaluronic acid hydrogel facial masks valued at $29. This flexible silicone mask is easy to store and travel with, but it operates in a single mode (no blue light option) with 10-minute treatments recommended three to five times a week.
